GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services.

An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Delivery period: Delivery is usually made within 5 business days. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition. 

Our delivery area is currently only inside of Australia and New Zealand. 

Due to our franchise agreements we DO NOT ship to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, The United States, Canada, Belgium, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta & Cyprus.

♆ Our goods are shipped with Australia Post. 

All prices are in AUD inclusive of GST. 

Guarantee:

Our products are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 2 years from the date of invoice. On the glued parts of our jewellery we give a lifetime guarantee. If any glued part is either broken or loose, we will repair it without any charge to our customer. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations on this website.

Complaints: Complaints about defects, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to hello@neptn.com.au 

Proprietary rights: Goods will remain the property of NEPTN Australia until payment has been made in full.

Data protection: It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
